WELLNESS COACH:

What we do:

Wellness coach's skills are focused in the established domains such as nutrition, sleep, movement, and recovery practices as well as emotional health, stress management, psychological recovery, and mindset.

What is the difference between a health coach and a wellness coach?

The primary difference is that wellness coaches tend to use physical fitness techniques to improve mental wellness, while health coaches use stress management techniques to help clients overcome obstacles in achieving physical fitness

What can a health and wellness coach not do?

On their own, however, coaches themselves do not diagnose, interpret medical data, prescribe or de-prescribe, recommend supplements, provide nutrition consultation or create meal plans, provide exercise prescription or instruction, consult and advise, or provide psychological therapeutic interventions* or treatment.
