I’ve spent the last ten years understanding and gaining experience in the cocoa and chocolate industry. My experiences have led me all across the globe spreading the word about the culture of cacao in Europe, giving workshops, tastings, pairings, and even presentations in Japan. After all my travels and experiences, I’ve decided to create Xocolatt to spread the word about the culture of cacao through workshops, tastings, and tours.
