As an Associate Broker and Managing Partner with Bellabay Realty and the founder of Hunt for Home, Ramon works at the intersection of brokerage leadership, construction, development, and strategic business growth. Through Hunt for Home’s multiple divisions—including real estate, construction, and development he helps clients, investors, and communities navigate everything from buying and improving properties to building long term opportunities through ownership and strategic investment.

With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Ramon brings a unique perspective as both a licensed real estate professional and active investor. His experience as a broker, builder, investor, and housing provider gives him a deep understanding of the full lifecycle of real estate from acquisition and renovations to operations, long-term ownership, and community impact.

Beyond business, Ramon is deeply passionate about strengthening communities, supporting veterans, and helping others build generational wealth through property ownership and development. As an Army Veteran, he carries a strong sense of service and leadership into both his professional and community work.
