Richard B. Schwamm, partner and shareholder of Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm’s Orlando office, is an experienced trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience in complex civil litigation cases. He focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, catastrophic brain injury, child injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and other types of significant personal injury. He earned Martindale-Hubbell’s top “AV” rating for his high professional and ethical standards. Mr. Schwamm has been named to the list of Florida Super Lawyers from 2010 – 2022, as selected by Law & Politics magazine. Only 5 percent of attorneys in the state receive the recognition each year. Mr. Schwamm was recently named to the 2022 Best Lawyers list, as one of the top medical malpractice lawyers in Orlando, Florida.
