I am an International Profiling and Communications Specialist regularly featured on National TV, Radio and in the World’s Press, profiling the likes of our leading politicians, TV and sports stars as well as Britain’s Royalty. I've been referred to by the UK Guardian as the leading authority on reading people, globally and the Mentalist meets Dr Phil by the Herald.

I've worked with international clients, the likes of Disney Films and Gillette, and high-profile organisations like the Australian Federal Police to help them to understand how people tick. With business owners and executives, helping them to understand and engage their clients and prospects, enhancing their presentations and negotiation skills. And with parents and teachers to help them enhance the ability of their children to reach their full potential while improving the experience of parents, teacher, and student.

My courses are Certified Learning Solutions across all industries and professions in Australia and Asia and I am a Fellow of the Institute for Learning and Performance Asia Pacific.

I am focussed on creating and training my competition to the highest level as quickly as possible. My belief is that we need more people with the skills, but they have to be well trained, and I believes I have a moral obligation to find and train the best coaches and professionals to become the leaders in their fields.

I am also the Creator of the #WeTogether initiative and Host of The Campfire Project, which is a safe place for men and women to give themselves permission to tell their stories. To share their experiences and wisdom from around the world. In just 5 years we have created something that no other group or organisations, anywhere around the global has come anywhere near doing. We have Created a place where everyone, all genders, all cultures, all religions are welcome.

With well over 600 hours of videoed conversations covering every subject imaginable, including Does size matter in the bedroom, Menstruation and Menopause, Masculinity and Femininity, there has been no bigotry, sexism or racism. And not once has anyone been disrespectful to anyone else.

We have achieved something that no other group worldwide has done, and we have done it every day since August 13th, 2018 – and that is create a place of true equality and inclusion

I am a Director of The Business Of Smiles, a charity helping to raise Mental Health awareness in the workplace and around the world, of which I am one of three directors. TBOS is a charity dedicated to starting conversations on Emotional Wellness and removing the stigma surrounding Mental Health. In early 2023 two of our directors will be running from Sydney to Melbourne to start 10,000 conversation on Emotional Wellness in all of the townships they run through

I am also a Director of the Central Coast Montessori Primary School and a registered Justice of The Peace
