Ankesh Arora is the CEO of A-Square Group, a global enterprise delivering applied intelligence and strategic advisory to governments. The Group developed AVA — Administrative Value Architecture, a government-grade decision intelligence architecture that serves as the operational backbone for executive leadership, ministries, and public authorities.

Prior to assuming executive leadership at A-Square Group, he spent a decade at the intersection of governance and technology – advising governments on digital transformation, building technology solutions for complex public-sector challenges, and fostering collaborations between the United States, India, and other major economies.
