Attorney Tommie Harsley AKA Pastor Tommie Harsley is the pastor of Grace New Covenant Church (GNCC) in St. Louis Missouri. GNCC was founded in 2006 and has experienced the favor of the Lord and wonderful growth.

In 2009, the church acquired and renovated a strip mall, converting a 10,000 sq. retail space into the church auditorium, classrooms and office space. The church is significantly involved in service to the community and in 2013 dedicated the Grace New Covenant Community Ministry Center, a 25,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose building devoted to serving the needs of north county residents. The Church has experienced tremendous growth numerically and spiritually.

Before entering the pastorate, Tommie Harsley served in a variety of church related leadership and service positions including, musician, teacher, deacon, board member, and ordained minister. In addition, he has devoted a significant portion of his law practice to advising and representing church and other not-for-profit charitable organizations.

Pastor Harsley is a graduate of the University of Illinois having earned a B.A. in Political Science and Washington University School of Law having earned a Juris Doctorate, J.D. He has been practicing law in the states of Missouri and Illinois since 1987. He has also participated in the Master of Divinity program at Covenant Theological Seminary. He was married to the love of his love, Mrs. Vanassa P. Harsley who passed in He has two children, Thomas (Alexia, daughter –in-love) and Rachel and on grandson, Thomas (TJ) E. Harsley Jr.
