Rainbow Universe Pageants (RUP) is an innovative and unique inner beauty pageant system that serves youth ages 13-24. We prepare contestants for their competition through pre-pageant workshops and brain challenges. We also have a post pageant membership they can sign up for to further their personal development. The projects I am working on now are a BAB membership which stands for Brand Ambassador Buddies and is for new business owners to network with. Also, I am working on a Franchise program for youth advocates interested in franchising their own RUP site.
