Che Carter

A co-founder of NorCal Holding Company, Che is graduated Phi Theta Kappa from the University of Alameda with degrees in Psychology and Economics. Che is also a certified electrician. A son of original founders of the Black Panther Party, Che is the progenitor of our Official brand, Panther Royalty.
