Hi there! My family and I just went on a vacation to and we departed from San Diego out of the United Airlines SAN Terminal. It was our first time traveling by airplane with our toddler, so I was nervous, but I have to say—United's configuration made it so much simpler. Terminal was well-organized and straightforward, even with a stroller and extra luggage. The United staff were understanding and assisted us in obtaining a gate-check tag hassle-free. Upon clearing security, we discovered a family-friendly section with clean toilets close by—a big bonus! There were even some food choices that accommodated all of us, including a finicky toddler. That small head start was the world to us! In all honesty, we departed with a very positive impression and would gladly fly United from again.
