Glen Leibowitz is a seasoned financial executive and thought leader with over 20 years of experience spanning roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Apollo Global Management, as well as serving as Chief Financial Officer at Acreage Holdings and Bitcoin Depot. He specializes in preparing companies for IPOs, leading financial transformations, and driving growth through strategic financial leadership and strong corporate governance.


Throughout his career, Glen has built a track record of IPO readiness and finance process improvement across multiple industries. He began his finance journey at PwC, where he spent nearly a decade managing audits for multinational companies and helping clients navigate the IPO process. In 2007, he joined Apollo Global Management, playing a key role in Apollo’s transition to a public company in 2011. At Apollo, he implemented robust public-company reporting frameworks and a company-wide Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program, helping to integrate numerous acquisitions and streamline financial operations.


In 2018, Glen stepped into the emerging cannabis industry as Chief Financial Officer of Acreage Holdings, one of the first U.S. multi-state cannabis companies to trade publicly. He built the finance organization from the ground up and guided the company’s financial strategy through rapid expansion and complex regulatory requirements. Most recently, as CFO of Bitcoin Depot (a leading cryptocurrency ATM network) in 2023, Glen led the company through its public listing on the Nasdaq, establishing rigorous financial controls and reporting processes for the newly public fintech. Glen’s leadership style is both formal and personal – he excels at building high-performance teams and mentoring talent while maintaining meticulous financial discipline. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his B.A. in Accounting from Queens College in New York.
