Heather Stevens has been practicing massage therapy since August of 2004 when she graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Therapeutic Massage. Since 2009, Heather has been specializing in myofascial release and has had numerous classes with the John F. Barnes MFR group. In April of 2021, she graduated with her bachelor's degree in Sports and Health Sciences (Cum Laude) from the American Public University. She also has obtained her Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification from NASM in July of 2021.
