Managing Partner

For the past 20 years, Hon Seng has built a strong tracked record in delivering environmental, health and safety outcomes for the industries, primarily oil and gas industries. His work brought him to countries across Asia Pacific, serving in various capacities for more than 300 projects. Hon Seng is known for his work in promoting regulatory governance on soil and groundwater contamination notably through his work with various regional agencies such as the Asian Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Network (AECEN) and the Asian Clean Fuels Association (ACFA) and national agencies such as the Department of Environment (DOE) and the Department of National Solid Wastes Management (JPSPN). Through his consultancy work with DOE, Hon Seng has drafted the Contaminated Land Management and Control Guidelines which was subsequently published by DOE in 2009.
