Chris Wright

Chris is currently the Manager of USW Exchange; the hub for business engagement and partnership development at the University of South Wales (www.southwales.ac.uk/exchange) and is Chair of local charity Home-Start RCT & Merthyr.

Following a decade long career in University and third sector mental health support roles, Chris founded thewellbeingguy.co.uk to work more closely with individuals and organisations wishing to develop skills & confidence in wellbeing interventions.

An accredited Master Trainer in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), accredited Kinetic Shift Practitioner and Certified NLP Practitioner, Chris has worked with a number of organisations across Wales including schools, colleges, universities, housing organisations, third sector orgs and blue light services.
