Recent graduate from The University of Texas at Tyler May 2020 with 4.0 GPA. I am an accomplished, dedicated business professional with more than 20 years of proven experience in customer service, employee training & development, and business management. I am also a published author. I have had poetry published in a book called "America's Emerging Poets: Southeast Region" from Z Publishing House. Released in December of 2018. I have also completed an Ethical Leadership Certification through the NASBA for the Public Trust. It is my goal to find a career where I can expand my leadership skills and my business expertise will be an asset to your company.
