Hi,

I’m Leke (Lay-k).

I am an Industry 5.0 Innovation Consultant & Specialist with over 10 years total work experience. I am outcome-oriented. This means, I start with the end in mind and I’m flexible in my approach to achieve the goal. I work with a mix of methodologies like Design thinking & Sequential backcasting & I engage with time tested principles like VUCA (Vision, Understanding, Clarity and Ambition) and FLUX (Fast, Liquid, Uncharted, Experimental) for this current Era.

You know, a one man Mckinsey, Board of Innovation or IDEO. I’m the O to 1 guy. This means, I work across the entire Project lifecycle and take ideas to execution all by myself, from Ideation to Market. I am able to do this because of my BSc degree in economics from Afe Babalola University and my MSc degree in business (Innovation and Entrepreneurship) from the University of Wollongong as well as all my formal and informal education, work and life experiences.

My lived experiences across 3 continents has shaped & equipped me with the knowledge to understand people, structures, cultures, systems, cycles, patterns and rhythms in a plethora of scenarios and situations at work and in life. It has instilled in me the belief and resilience to succeed in the projects I undertake and has built in me the competence to lead myself, a team, an organization and to drive global initiatives.

Because my strength lies in the designed methodology, I am sector and Industry agnostic. This means, I adapt my methodology to accommodate any project in any vertical as consulting firms do, all by myself.

My specialty is working as a global executive in the capacity of a sector and industry agnostic leader in strategy, technology & innovation with a keen focus on driving autonomous, digital and sustainability initiatives while creating blue oceans.

As an extension of this, I started Wonda Designs, an innovation consulting firm & venture design studio that explores societal opportunities as well as solves societal problems. It leverages and harnesses the power of industry 4.0 technologies and web 4.0 Tools for human and "all life” flourishing (The EU calls this, Industry 5.0) & it does so much more.

On a more personal level, I’m an Introvert with extroverted tendencies and I flourish in psychologically safe environments. I do my best work with a headset on, coffee, snacks, an ergonomic chair & table, undisturbed, uninterrupted in a deep flow state.
