Nambiar Beverly Park

Nambiar Beverly Park is a new villa community by Nambiar Builders at Bilwaradahalli, along Bannerghatta Road in South Bangalore. A key feature of the project is its broad development footprint of 76 acres. Phase 1 is spread over 36 acres and comprises 298 villa plots. Nambiar Beverly Park Master Plan are planned on two plot dimensions, 35 × 55 and 40 × 63, with land areas of 1,925 sq.ft. and 2,520 sq.ft. respectively. Built-up areas range from 3,732 to 4,638 sq.ft. across G+2 villas.
