Giau (Nancy) Pham

Hi there, my name is Giau (Nancy) Pham and I'm a Las Vegas-based realtor and insurance agent. I'm committed to helping people in my community make smart financial decisions and find the best solutions for their needs.

I graduated with degrees in Biology, Psychology, and Business Management, and I use my diverse background to help first-time home buyers find the right house for them. I'm also passionate about helping people with one of the biggest decisions in their life of buying or selling their homes.

In addition to being a realtor, I'm also an insurance agent. I help clients understand the importance of life insurance in protecting their loved ones and paying off mortgages. I also help seniors understand Medicare and get into the right plans for their needs, and I assist those under 65 to get the right healthcare. I am passionate about helping people make smart financial decisions. 

In my spare time, I love to travel, go to the movies and spend time with my friends and family. I believe in the power of knowledge and using it to make smart decisions. I strive to be a resource to my clients and help them achieve their goals. I'm committed to making a positive impact on the lives of my clients and the community.
