Rahuldev Gandhi is a distinguished Certified Public Accountant, strategic advisor, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the accounting and finance sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Simon Fraser University, Canada, and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State.

Rahuldev's career has been marked by a passion for nurturing startups and growing companies across a diverse range of industries, including cannabis & hemp, consumer goods, cryptocurrency, ecommerce, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, technology, and real estate. His unique skill set encompasses all aspects of accounting, auditing, and operating a professional services firm.

Currently, Rahuldev serves as the Director of Audible Technology Corp., a position he has held for over eight years. Based in Beverly Hills, California, he provides strategic direction and oversight for the company. Concurrently, he is a Strategic Advisor for IQX Corp., where he served as CFO at the technology startup focused on developing and launching a mobile application and web portal for the live music entertainment industry. His responsibilities included creating and executing the company’s business plan, assisting in developing the corporate and organizational structure, and overseeing all accounting, tax, and financial aspects of the business.

Previously, Rahuldev was a Partner at an Audit Firm in Newport Beach, California, where he led the audit group, serving over 100 public company clients and numerous private company clients across various industries. His leadership and expertise ensured the quality execution and delivery of client service.

Rahuldev also served as President & Managing Director at Innova Capital Group, where he managed the day-to-day operations of the boutique financial services and corporate advisory firm. He assessed business opportunities and developed a significant business network in Canada & the USA, providing expertise in business development, accounting, auditing, and finance development.

Earlier in his career, Rahuldev was a Manager at Smythe Ratcliffe LLP, where he managed assurance engagements for public companies in the mining, oil & gas, and technology sectors traded on Canadian and U.S. stock exchanges, and private real estate development companies. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Pluris Energy Group Inc., where he initiated, directed, and executed all financial reporting and management aspects of a US SEC registered junior oil and gas public company.

Rahuldev's experience with going-public transactions is extensive, including Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) and Reverse Take-Overs (RTO’s) in Canada and the United States. His expertise also extends to Acquisitions and Mergers, Auditing, Complex Debt and Equity, Corporate Governance, Corporate Structuring, Due Diligence, Financial Modeling, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Public Companies, Share Based Compensation, Software Revenue Recognition, and Valuation.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rahuldev is a dedicated family man who enjoys the sunny climate of Southern California.
