Rahul has over twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur, professional service provider and adviser, which results in a unique skillset related to accounting, auditing, and operating a professional services firm.

During his career, Rahul has performed hundreds of audits for public and private companies reporting under US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has also successfully prepared numerous companies for audits and worked in conjunction with the auditors to ensure a seamless process and timely completion of the audits as part of going-public transactions and continuing reporting requirements. Rahul’s experience with going-public transactions includes Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) and Reverse Take-Overs (RTO’s) in Canada and the United States.

Rahul is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Simon Fraser University, Canada. He enjoys living in sunny Southern California, cooking, and traveling with his wife.
