We train with traditional methods to develop and create an effective ASAI Shotokan Karate & yoga, emphasizing Speed, Strength, Power and a range of techniques for every part of one's body. We have experienced Teachers/coaches with vast experience and experts. We also have expert female instructors to give Group & personal training to ladies and girls interested to learn this art.
