Spatulearn LLC. is a company that is both minority owned and managed by Chef Ernest Hudson. Spatulearn provides youth academic enrichment, personal chef services, and food industry consultations. Spatulearn uniquely pairs grade level curriculum/standards with culinary concepts to teach, reteach, and reinforce learning. Spatulearn looks to build a strong market presence in the area by serving the community in various ways.

Ernest Hudson, a 2017 National Educator of Excellence by the National Restaurant Association, has over 19 years of Culinary & Hospitality education experience between teaching stints in Delaware and currently in Prince George’s County Maryland.

Spatulearn looks to attract a consistent base of individuals seeking personal chef services, cooking lessons, and career development. Spatulearn looks to partner with local restaurants and various education entities to build a bridge between academics and cooking through the lens of Culinary Arts.
