Having 20 years of experience in managing and executing various environmental, safety and health (EHS) related projects, including environmental due diligence (EDD), environmental site assessment (ESA), human health risk assessment (HHRA), site remediation, asbestos survey, EHS compliance and EHS management system audits, he extended his services to multinational clients in Southeast Asia, China, India, Japan, and Oman. 

Ng was the project manager of a large-scale site investigation and risk assessment for a dense non-aqueous phase liquid (DNAPL) contaminated site in Malaysia in 2013. The project had successfully delineated the horizontal and vertical extent of the subsurface impact, determined human health risk derived from the subsurface contamination and established the site-specific target levels (SSTLs). Other scope included pumping test, air-sparging radius of influence (ROI) test, geophysical study, multi-tiered monitoring well design and installation, and soil vapour survey.

He was trained in Asbestos Hazards Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Building Inspection and Developing Management Plan, and he led in multiple asbestos inspection projects in Japan, India, and Southeast Asia. He was the one of the trainers for asbestos risk assessment and risk management training appointed by the Malaysian Industrial Hygiene Association (MIHA) in 2017.
