As the Founder and Director of Lighthouse: Arts and Wellbeing Centre, I have guided individuals on journeys of healing, resilience, and self-discovery. My work integrates psychology with creative and holistic practices such as expressive arts, mindfulness, and Bach Flower Remedies.
